Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup apple cubes (unpeeled)
1 cup capsicum cubes ( red capscium cubes ,
2 cups iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
1/2 cup grapes , cut into halves horizontally
1 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda) (ajmoda)
To Be Mixed Into A Curd Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
1 tsp honey
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, along with the curd mustard dressing, in a deep bowl and toss well.
 - Serve immediately.

Too good!! Liked this low cal version of the dressing...the crunch, bite and flavour of each ingredient is very refreshing. I like some walnuts in Waldorf salad, so added a few chopped wlanuts too.
