Ingredients

1 cup boiled potato slices
1 cup sliced apple (unpeeled)
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
3/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup french dressing
salt to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients, except the french dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
Add the french dressing and toss well.
Serve immediately.
