Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pineapple cubes
1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
8 lettuce leaves

For The Paneer Balls
3/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp finely chopped onions
2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp freshly grated coconut
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp freshly grated coconut
Method

For the paneer balls

    For the paneer balls
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Place the lettuce leaves in the serving dish and arrange the panner balls and fruits over it.
  2. Pour the dressing on the top and toss gently.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled garnished with coconut.

A unique yet classic combination of cottage cheese balls and fruits. It is something never tried before. The honey dressing gives a nice honey taste to the fruits and paneer balls.
