- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup leftover cooked spaghetti
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped dill leaves
- 1 boiled potato
- 3/4 cup sliced onions
- 3/4 cup sliced radish (mooli)
- 3/4 cup garlic mayonnaise

Method
- Toss the cucumber slices in vinegar and salt and keep refrigerated for a 3 to 4 hours.
- Drain and discard the liquid.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the marinated cucumber and toss well.
- Serve chilled.
