Tips to make vegetable neer dosa: 1. Grease the tava each time you make dosa. 2. Makes sure to mix the batter well before making every dosa, as rice flour tends to settle down. 3. The batter should be of chass consistency, not too thick and not too runny.

For neer dosa- To make vegetable neer dosa, in a deep bowl, add rice flour, onion, carrot, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water.
- Whisk well to make a lump free batter.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease with oil and sprinkle little water on the tava (griddle) and wipe it off gently using a cloth.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on hot tava to make a dosa.
- Drizzle a little ghee evenly over it and cook the dosa on both the sides on medium flame for 4 minutes until it becomes brown and crisp.
- Repeat steps 3 and 5 to make remaining 5 vegetable neer dosas.
- Serve vegetable neer dosa hot with chutney and sambhar.
