Recipe Description for Neer Dosa, Vegetable Neer Dosa
- To make {span class="bold1"}vegetable neer dosa{/span}, in a deep bowl, add rice flour, onion, carrot, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water.
- Whisk well to make a lump free batter.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease with oil and sprinkle little water on the tava (griddle) and wipe it off gently using a cloth.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on hot tava to make a dosa.
- Drizzle a little ghee evenly over it and cook the dosa on both the sides on medium flame for 4 minutes until it becomes brown and crisp.
- Repeat steps 3 and 5 to make remaining 5 vegetable neer dosas.
- Serve {span class="bold1"}vegetable neer dosa{/span} hot with chutney and sambhar.
