7 dates (khajur) , deseeded and chopped
2 cups chilled milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
4-5 ice-cubes

For Garnish
1 tsp chia seeds

Method

For date and banana shake

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}date banana milkshake{/span}, in a mixer, add banana, dates, milk, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.
  2. Blend well till smooth.
  3. Pour 2 equal quantities of smoothie in two big glasses.
