South Indians love their South Indian breakfast and most Indians love what the South Indian eat. Idli, Dosa, Masala Dosa, Uttapam are what most of us have grown up eating.
Typically for South Indian Breakfast, they make Idlis with a fresh batter which will last for 2 to 3 days. Day 1 they will have Idlis and then Day 2 they will add little water and make Dosas or Uttapams. Once this batter is over, the cycle starts again with batter made for Idli for 3 days.
