Your image dragged me to the blog a day before and made me try this recipe. Turned out to be great. What a light and delightful recipe. Say neer dosa and i can only imagine this image of yours in my head!

नीर डोसा यह रेसिपी चावल से बना यह व्यंजन, दक्षिण कन्नड और उड़ीपी जिले का खास है। इसे चटनी और साम्भर के साथ खाने में टेस्ट बहुत ही मज़ेदार होता है। इसी की तरह महाराष्ट्र में घावनी भी बनाते है जो मिलता जुलता रेसिपी है

am a Mangalorean. we add coconut milk to this batter, mix it well and and then poir the batter on the tava. tastes better.
