Lemon Sauce is always a great addition to desserts like mousses, ice-creams and pastries, because it not only gives a refreshingly tangy flavour but also lends a beautifully bright hue and fresh aroma to the recipe.
Made with a combination of lemon juice and lemon rind, this Lemon Sauce for Desserts and Icings is really easy to prepare and has a fabulous flavour too.

Method- Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of water in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 minutes, while stirring continuously.
