Paneer, Corn and capsicum is a hit combination. This delicious recipe isn't that time consuming. Little green chillies adds a slight spiciness flavour to it, but it is not at all spicy.

I never thought raw rice or cooked rice can be used to make dosas. This is just superb! This softy softy dosas are small in size and so easy to cook. Whenever i have someleftover rice, i make this dosas.

I love these typpe of dosas. Mainly because they are instant and you dont have to ferment the batter. Little soft and lightly crisp, this dosas taste really good with sambhar and chutney.

This is one of my favourite quick dish.. It is proper one-meal dish. Buttermilk gives it a nice khatta mithha taste, while other spices enhances the taste of this recipe. It is not so spicy and everything is just to perfection. Whenever i am bored of having rotis,i make this dahiwali roti..

Broccoli Soup

The ppearance of the soup is like clear soup and it also tastes similar to it. Other than that, vegetables like broccoli, celery and sun-dried tomatoes gives a nice flavour to it. Soft macaroni gives a nice mouth-feel. In short, it is a treat to have this quick soup with vegetables.

Vegetable Florentine

A wonderful bakedish.. Mixed vegetable in white sauce along with the spinach gravy over it makes a wonderful combination. The creamy white sauce and spinach gravy with onions have their unique taste and texture. However when baked with cheese on top, they blend really well. No so spicy yet not bland. Just perfect!

Dill Corn Soup

It is necessary to use the cream style corn here, it give a nice and perfect required taste. It looks like sweet corn soup but the taste is little different. The dill leaves abd celery lends a great flavour to the soup.

This is so quick and yummy.. The hung curds with fresh cream gives a smooth and creamy texture, where as basic ingredients like salt and pepper enhances the taste of this wonderful dill dip..

Wow.. These tarts are the most amazing ones i have ever had. This savory tarts have an amazing blend of all the ingredients. The olives, Jalapenos imparts a specific taste with the corn in the cheesy white sauce. Tarts filled with this cheesy corn filling and the caramelised onions on top gives a twist in the taste. In shot this starter is totally worth the effort you put in..

Moong Dal Sultani

Wow thanks for this wonderful reicpe. Most of the dips are high in calories and with lots of cheese and cream.. But this is something different. The hung curds with this crunchy veggies makes it a super duper dip. I cant stop having this, but more satisfaction is that it is healthy..
