These crispy mathris are a little spicy in taste. Being a rajasthani dish, it can also be served with spicy pickle. A special care should be taken while making that it should not puff like puris. They should be crisp.

Khoba roti is very similar to bhakri in taste. but looks completely different. The pinched rotis looks completely different. Start piching it slow, and you will make it perfect.

It is sweet and spicy in taste. The sweetness of the banana is enough in enough to make the salad sweet. Along with bananas, green chillies gives a slight spicy flavour to it.

It tastes like heaven.The spicy green filling is so easy and quick to make. Making these kachoris is not so difficult, except rolling them. Special care need to be taken while folding and rolling it. ITS A MUST TRY RECIPE...
