It is a great recipe.. Actually there is nothing you wont like in this recipe. Corn and onion filling has a nice buttery taste. When stuffed and baked with cheese on the top, the savors blend really well into one another. Not so spicy, just perfect!

Suji Idli ( Low Calorie Healthy Cooking )

This idli is wonderful. Like the Rava dosas and the dhoklas, this one is also a great recipe.. The cashewnuts give a nice crunch to the soft and fluffy idlis. Along with the taste, the apperance is also so attractive. The tempering added to the idlis gives it an amazing look when cooked.

This is a unique combination and it tastes really nice. The carrot gives a nice crunch to the smooth dosas. Although it has little sugar, but it is not so sweet in taste. I have to say its a must try and quick snack recipe.

Pakoda Kadhi ( Fast Foods Made Healthy Recipe)
Reviewed January 01, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

This kadhi is not sweet like the Gujarati kadhis. But it is definitely equally tasty. The onions enhances the taste of the kadhi. The kadhi tastes best with the spinach pakodas. I have never had a tastier kadhi than this..

Paneer Stuffed Green Pea Parathas
Reviewed December 31, 2014by Gandhi Dhwani

I have always had green pea stuffed parathas, but this is so different and tasty. This new type of parathas stuffed with paneer and raisins tastes the best with achaar. The raisins give a sweet taste in between when it comes in your both but it does not kill the taste of the panner stuffing. Infact it enhances it

Paneer Khulchas

Paneer and kulcha is a hit combination. Paneer parathas are common but not paneer kulchas. Turmeric powder and kasuri methi are minimal in quantities but gives the major flavour to the stuffing. the kulchas are stomach filling and perfect for dinner.

Dry fruit and loved by almost everyone. This gives a nice attractive look to the chikki along with the sesame seeds. It is very quick and easy. I have made this many times and its just a perfect recipe. Thin and crisp chiiki tastes the best and this is how it is.
