I was tired of having the regular moong subzi we have always. I then came across this recipe and it totally gives a new taste to the moong subzi. The tomato puree, fresh cream and the prepared paste are key ingredients giving a twist to the subzi. It is definitely 1 of the must try recipe.

Wow this is something different form the normal smoothies i have. The addition of the coconut milk to the smoothie gives a complete and amazing change to the taste. In addition to this, vanilla ice cream is like a cherry on top. If you follow this recipe exact, i am sure you will fall in love with it!

Dont be scared by the number of chillies used this recipe. As they are kashmiri, it gives a very nice colour and not tooo much of spice to it. This red gravy is used in making various subzis like cashew curry, malvani vatana usal and many more. This paste gives a very nice colour and taste to anything where added.

As the name says, coconut has the most dominating taste in this recipe. The coconut milk instead of the curds really gives a nice change. So many spices in the kadhi lends a beautiful aroma as well as flavour to it. Not so sweet not sour, its just perfect!

This is a very unique combination. I had never tried this recipe before. The kadhi complements the samosa really well. The little spicy samosa along with the tangy kadhi tastes delicous. The green chutney and the sweet chutney gives a proper chaat touch to it. The kadhi and samosa chaat is really something you should give a try..

Such a delicious baked dish. Not very quick, but not even time consuming. It takes few minutes and the dish is ready. The cheese in the creamy white sauce makes it even more creamy. The pepper and the green chillies gives the perfect needed spice and flavour to the au gratin.

Masaledaar spicy moong dal filling is delicious by itself. When stuffed in the parathas, it tastes even better. The stuffing is so yummy, that i am sure while making also, it will be difficult for you to stop by having it just like that.. These parathas tastes great with curds.

i never thought white gravy can be made without using onion and garlic.The lauki and curds is a great combo to make this gravy. With the perfect consistency and crunchy veggies, this subzi tastes delicious.
