This recipe is not at all what comes to your mind by seeing the name.. Its one of the most delicious phoolgobhi subzi i have ever had.. The blended paste, milk and cream provide a slight spicy creamy taste to the subzi.. Just amazing!

Kadhi is my favourite.. and Bhinda ni kadhi is just perfect! Bhinda gives a nice crunch to the kadhi... It is also sweet and it has to be because it is a gujarati recipe after-all.. You will enjoy it..

Noodles are my favourite and schezuan noodles is on the top.. Although the colour is not so dark compared to the restaurants but it is definitely because they add a drop of colour which we don't.. but trust me the taste is soo much same.. You will just love it..

The combination of palak and methi in this muthiya recipe is soo healthy.. It tastes more better because we remove the bitterness of methi by adding salt to it.. This steamed palak methi muthiya is a perfect snack for sure!
