I like the traditional method of making the covering from pancakes in this Spring Rolls recipe, it is soft and crisp, unlike the ready spring roll wrappers which are thin and crisp.

The final dish was worth the effort preparing it, especially frying the eggplant parmigiana. The overall combination of chilli cream spaghetti, eggplant parmigiana and the tomato cream sauce taste great.

Tarla Dalal's Kadai Paneer video inspired me to try this recipe. Paneer cubes though fried were soft and nice, the kadhai gravy was the heart of this recipe.A very rich and creamy subzi.

Corn, Spinach and Rice Balls are soft from inside and a little crispy from outside.I use left over rice to make these delicious starter.Best served hot.

I do not like soya, but to add soya in my son's diet I made Soya Cutlets and was surprised, the taste of soya with all the other veggies in the cutlet was quite good.Now I make burgers and wraps also with this cutlet.

The fresh paste prepared from whole masalas., coconut and onions roasted on open flame give the Goanese potatoes an unusual spicy flavour. Serve with roti, paratha, rice or pav, tastes good with all.

A very tasty cheesy rice.Risotto tastes great by itself, the cheese, tomato puree and fresh cream makes it saucy and the fresh herbs gives it a pungent, tangy and tarty flavour that blend well with all the ingredients.

The mild sweet taste of the coconut milk blends with the guava juice and vanilla ice cream and enhances the taste. I did not want the smoothie very thick so I added a little crushed ice.

Chana, palak and brinjal...a very unusal combination.I was skeptical about trying the recipe but it turned out just awsome...very tasty and different than the regular chana masala.

The mushroom pepper sauce and and zucchini pancakes are the heart of the Italian Sizzler.The pancakes are simple to make and great to taste.I do not like mushrooms but I love this sauce with it's mild tarty taste of celery.

The tacos are really not difficult to make.For the rajma filling I the sauteed onions in butter instead of oil.The crispy tacos with rajma, salad and the sauces taste very good topped with a little grated cheese.

Great combination of cutlets and spaghetti in tomato sauce.I make the cutlets with lots of veggies like French beans, corn and carrots.This dish taste good when baked with a little cheese and also if sizzled on a sizzler plate.
