High on calories but tingles your taste buds and pleases your heart.
The cinnamon powder blends and taste very good with the stewed apples ,I added a little more then mentioned in the recipe.
A hit at any party serve it with vanilla icecream.

The use of besan as an ingredient for me was the usual Bhajiyas,Dhoklas and Pudlas,never thought of using it for baking.

I truly agree,I am not very fond of eggplant but loved the fried eggplants with corn and spicy tomatoes topped with white sauce and cheese, I sprinked crushed cheeseling biscuits before baking to get a crunchy top layer.

Delicious,hot and chapatta just love this roadside snack...to make it healthy I stuff the pattice with sprouted moong,corriander,giger-chilli paste,and use very little ghee to cook the pattice.

Tarlaji thank you for this recipe.Since long wanted to taste the chinese bhel at one of the roadside stall,but for hygenic reasons never tried.

Just love the flavour of fennel seeds in the kachories,tastier then the dhai kachori available on the streets.
I make small kachoris as it is easier to eat.A good snack to serve during diwali as you can prepare the kachoris in advance.....just top rest of the ingredients when the guest arrive.
