The tikkis are simple but taste exotic when served with the onion based gravy, the deep fried onion paste imparts a unique caramelised flavour to the gravy.

Custard apple as a fruit is messy to eat, but it blends beautifully with milk and cream.....the ice cream with a creamy grainy texture is a hit at any party.

Yummy!...the garlic is not sprinkled on top of the naan but is coarsely ground and mixed into the dough, the flavour of garlic is there in every bite.No garlic falling off while you bite the naan.

Falooda Ice-cream Reviewed April 18, 2013by
Pempemp
Rose flavoured Falooda Ice-cream is my all time favourite.
The fresh homemade falooda sev is softer and tastier than the readymade sev. I sometimes use arrowroot flour to make the sev as it can served on fasting days.
