Another favourite lunch salad i take to work. It''s a healthy meal by itself. Get good quality proteins, complex carbs and omega 3 from this salad. Also this is a salad which will protect you against body inflammation which is the main cause of all diseases.

Oats is a super food which is low in fat, high in fibre and gluten free. Ideal breakfast recipe with the addition of Almond milk and the green apple was sweet so there was no need to add anything else. Thanks.
