Khakhra is a great snack eaten any time of the day. I love to have it with curds or break it into bits and mix it with sprouted moong. Khakhra also goes great with jiraloo and methya keri sambhar. As its very healthy and easy to carry around, i keep it in my office and its stays good for 2 to 3 days.
Roasted Capsicum Soup Reviewed December 09, 2011by

Blended red capsicum and tomatoes make a great combo. This is a thick and filling reddish color soup with a great mouth feel. Low fat milk added to this makes the body of the soup. Very health and highly recommend it.
Bhindi Masala Reviewed October 12, 2011by
Healthy Eating
Healthy. Bhindi Masala is on the spicy side and has extra masala which is spread over the bhindi. Pressure cooking the bhindi makes it healthy. Make sure you wash your bhindis well and see the inside is clean after you cut them. Some times they can be infested. Much better than the fired version.

Course, crunchy and goes great with tortillas. Nice subtle sourness to the salsa with a tinge of garlic and pleasant taste of spring onions. Very healthy. The Green Tomato Salsa can be used as an ideal accompaniment for a starter or tossed in large chunks into your tortillas.

This is an extremely healthy version of Rajma and is used as a tasty base for filling tortillas with guacamole. Great to have for dinner and my source of protein. The capsicum in this recipe helps to lower the blood glucose level.
