Recipe Description for Paneer Hot Pan, Paneer Sizzler
- To make {span class="bold1"}paneer hot pan{/span}, in a deep bowl, add paneer cubes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and salt. Mix well.
- Add cornflour and coat the paneer pieces well.
- Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, and shallow fry the paneer pieces till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
- In a bowl add the cornflour and 3 tbsp water, mix well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or deep pan, add garlic and ginger and sauté on medium flame for few seconds.
- Add spring onion whites, onions, and capsicum cubes and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.
- Add schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, cornflour-water mixture and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add fried paneer cubes and salt and pepper to taste, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Heat the iron sizzler pan and place the lettuce leaves. Arrange paneer hot pan and garnish with spring onion greens.
- Serve {span class="bold1"}paneer hot pan{/span} immedietaly.
