Cabbage and Moong Dal Salad

Moong Dal is one of my most favourite lentils.. having it like a salad was a delight. Cabbage added a crunch to it and mild flavourings defined the salads simplicity and how simple it is to make as well..

I loovee bean sprouts.. The tangy dressing just was a additional flavour enhancer in the salad .. Cucumber being healthy also is a good ingredient in the salad.. Will make it more often..

Capsicum Rings
Reviewed October 16, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

Just like onion rings, this recipe is another hit starter or snack. I love the deep fried rings and added chaat masala after the deep frying.. make it quite often when I want to have something crunchy and goes well with a movie..

A good way to use coloured capsicum in a subzi. They have been nicely cooked with a completely unusual gravy that is using besan. The jeera adds a very nice flavour to this as well.

Pindi Chole
Reviewed October 15, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

This recipe is very delicious with the use of all different types of masalas. They are light spicy but that is how the chole should be. The masala is nicely cooked with the chole and so after cooking for 15 minutes, it has also become perfectly dry as required for the pindi chole.

Sitafal Flip

If you like sitaphal but not the milkshake then this is something you should try. The vanilla ice cream gives an amazingly thick and creamy texture while the sitaphal pulp add its flavour to this. As the pulp is lettle, it does not add a very strong taste but a little flavour which will loved by all. The sweetness of the drink is also just perfect.

Samosa Chips Sandwich
Reviewed October 14, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

I felt this was an Indian version of burger i was having.. I had to try this instantly when I came across this recipe.. The taste of samosa with mayonnaise in between bread slices is always a hit, but addition of salty crunchy and my favourit wafers in it was just out of the world.. I could have this almost everyday..

Apricot and Custard Ice-Cream
Reviewed October 14, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

I am a huge fan of dried apricots, so i just loved this recipe to the core. The ice cream has such an amazing natural taste of the apricots which is very irresistable. It is nice and creamy like the ones you get in the stores.

Toasted Cheese Rolls

So quick and yum.. They are so butter and cheesy and also very quick. The best part is that it is not deep-fried. So the guilt of having deep-fried is totally gone. They are nice crispy and butter and cheesy when baked. This is one of those recipe which will loved not only by kids but also by adults.

This sev is just perfect. The look and taste both is exactly like we get readymade in the market.I tried this recipe at home and all my family members loved it. I didnt break the entire batch into pieces. i broke half batch into pieces and the remaining i just stored it as it is a air-tight container to use it as a dry snack with tea. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Blueberry Mousse ( Mousses Recipe)
Reviewed October 14, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

I love anything flavoured with blueberry and this is also one such recipe. The addition of white chocolate helps in setting the mousse quickly. The blueberry mousse is a great change from having the common chocolate mousse. As you have added blueverry crush in this it made it very convenient for me to try this recipe.

Vegetable Tomato Omelette Sandwich
Reviewed October 14, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

I made this recipe and it came out awesome. The combination of omelette and vegetables in a sandwich is a real good idea. The addition of chaat masala definately enhances the flavour. A great snack and it can also work as a one dish meal for me.
