For jaggery dosa- To make jaggery dosa recipe , combine jaggery powder and 2 cups of hot water in a deep bowl.
- Mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine all the ingredients along with jaggery water and mix well using a whisk to form a batter of the pouring consistency.
