Vaariations
can also add dried chili flakes
2 cloves of garlic add this before adding tomatoes
- Cook pasta until tender
- Cut tomatoes into half
- Peel parmesan cheese with a peeler
- Trim and clean arugula
- Heat oiladd tomatoes cook for just 1 min (just warm the tomatoes and not disintegrate) add arugula and add lot of salt and pepper to season
- Toss with boiled pastamix well without harming tomatoes serve immediately , topped with shaved parmesan cheese
