    Method
  1. Open the can of corn.
  2. Combine the cornflour and ½ cup of water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan.
  4. Add the corn from the can and 3 cups of water and whisk well.
  5. Add the cornflour-water mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Pour into soup bowls and serve.
