Tarla Dalal    Dear Nishi, it is difficult to say when will you get results as it depends on a lot of other factors too. However this recipe gives protein from curd, water from cucumber and some antioxidants from mint. Further, this being sugar free is beneficial for skin.

I dont think it shud b called a soup...soups r mostly cooked...this is more like a raita or smoothie.
