children(boys/girls) of 8 yrs can eat flax seeds
| Hide Replies
Tarla Dalal    Dear Nirali Kids at age 8 can include flax seeds in their diet. However though kids have health benefits, it can show some side effects like diarrhoea, rashes etc. in kids as well. Hence it would be recommended to not add flax seeds more than twice a week in very small quantities. Try about 1/2 to 1 tsp of ground flax seeds in roti or milkshake and watch for any side effects. If it suits your child''s digestive system go for it occasionally.
