Chaat Masala (Chaat)

Nice recipe and explained too well in the video. Use this to sprinkle on fruits or use to make chaats, it is sure to perk up the flavour of the dish.

Chaat Masala

My mom is an avid Tarla Dalal fan and always wanted to learn making Chaat masala at home. I gave her a copy of this recipe and she was too delighted with the results. It turns out like the readymade chaat masala. I would rate 10/10 for this recipe.

Chatpate Aloo

Oh wow!! Aloo deep fried and tossed with capsicum and masalas is bound to taste good. Was really yummy. And the addition of sesame seeds in the end is a very good idea, it not only gives a good eye appeal but also tastes great.

Ginger Spice

True to its name this is a spiced drink. The flavours of ginger blend well with orange and carrot. Perfect for those who love strong flavours.

Cucumber Cooler

The flavours of all the 3 ingredients stand out very well in this drink... Very good balance of ingredients. I loved this drink as it is devoid of salt and black salt which usually is added to perk up the flavours... Mint does it wonders here...

Quick Orange Sandesh

Soft succulent dainty sandesh looks good when served for party. Orange squash gives a good colour and flavour to this Bengali sweet and the garnish of pistachios also goes well with the paneer.

Garlic Roti ( Weight Loss After Pregnancy )

Combination of 3 healthy flours with oats and fresh green garlic tastes too good. and the best part is if these are served off the tava they dont need any accompaniment.

Minty Morning

Very refreshing. Mint lends its flavour when blended and the chopped mint added later on gives added flavour and texture to this orange juice. Worth trying instead of having sugar laden plain orange juice.

Spinach Spectacular
Reviewed December 04, 2015by n_katira

Too good!! This drink has the colour of spinach but the taste is dominantly of pineapple. So this is a healthy way of having iron from spinach and increasing haemoglobin levels.

Papaya Passion ( Diabetic Recipe )

Simple and easy to make this drink makes use of only 2 fruits. My dad doesn''t like fruits especially orange, but he loved this drink. thanks for the recipe.

Cabbage Pulao

Looked tempting so I tried. Truly a south indian style main course which needs no accompaniment. the cabbage and chana dal are dominating in texture and flavour both. will make it once more.

Strawberry Chickoo Shake
Reviewed November 25, 2015by n_katira

As advised here, I served this drinkto my sis-in-law who is 3 months pregnant and she really got relief from nausea. Strawberries give their flavour while chikoo complements it with its sweetness and hence there is no need to add sugar. Pls share more such reicpes...
