Nice, colourful and soothing soup... Quite easy to make once its been pressure cooked. Carrots lend their sweetness so well that you wouldn''t miss the salt much. Worth a try!!

I had always tried nachni roti, but loved this variation of nachni in the form of chivda also. Not fried and yet flavourful, I will definitely try this again.

Without cheese and refined flour pizza base, this pizza tasted awesome.... The true flavours are from the pizza sauce while the oats and wheat flour pizza base does not let you miss out on that crunchiness we look for in pizzas. Do try coloured capsicum only instead of only green capsicum as red and yellow capsicum lend a specific sweetness to these pizzas.

Loved the combination of ingredients and spices... Oats flour worked very well as a binding agent in these tikkis. I will try using it while making other tikkis too instead of potatoes so as to go easy on carbs.

Too good!! Liked this low cal version of the dressing...the crunch, bite and flavour of each ingredient is very refreshing. I like some walnuts in Waldorf salad, so added a few chopped wlanuts too.

Was truly refreshing... Though the lemon juice and sugar are optional, I added 1 tsp of lemon juice but the sugar isn''t really needed. Those calories can easily be avoided.

Healthy option to pancakes made of maida and not contributing any nutrient. To add to it the veggies added as stuffing give fibre and a feeling of satiety. Make it and serve it and enjoy it when hot.
