Rice Flour Chakli ( Gluten Free Recipe) Reviewed November 24, 2015by

Crispy snack which can be made in advance and carried to school by kids or even to work by adults. The chilli powder gives a nice reddish colour to these chaklis. Try it and you will never feel guilty of not being able to have snacks made from wheat flour.
Green Peas and Methi Pulao Reviewed November 23, 2015by

Not too spicy this rice delicacy will suit people with acidity problems. It''''s a great idea to add veggies like fenugreek and peas to brown rice as plain rice can sometimes be acidic. For me a bowl of chilled curds is the best accompaniment to this recipe.

I have been advised by my doctor to sip on drinks throughout the day to avoid acidity. I tried this sugar free drink and this really soothes my stomach. the chickoo, of course, dominates in this drink but I just loved it...

A cooling drink with soothing flavours of strawberry. I wasn''t sure how will it taste after adding water, but it turned out great. My kids also enjoyed them without any fuss.
Pasta Cheese Balls Reviewed November 17, 2015by

Too good!! liked the idea of converting leftover boiled pasta into a delicious starter... batter coated and rolled in bread crumbs to get that perfect crunchiness outside while the cheese inside gives that smooth texture which is unforgettable....you are sure to try it again and again.
Kaddu Palak ki Roti Reviewed November 04, 2015by

Too good!! Looks like our regular roti but the taste for grated red pumpkin with spinach and just the basic masalas makes this roti stand out different from the other rotis we make at home daily. Its a little thickly rolled so quite filling also. 2 rotis with a bowl of curds are enough to square up a meal.
Methi Moong Dal Dhokla ( Non - Fried Snacks ) Reviewed November 02, 2015by

A great evening snack... quite satiating too... 2 to 3 pieces are enough to make you feel full. The temepring, of course, is the highlight of the recipe, and serving with spicy green chutney gives you one more reason to make it again and again.
Chatpata Rajma Wrap ( Gluten Free Recipe) Reviewed October 30, 2015by
n_katira
As chatpata is the rajma stuffing in this recipe, equally spicy are these wraps due to the addition of chilli garlic chutney. The curd dressing makes the stuffing moist while the carrot and cucumber give the necessary crunch. Absolutely filling... One wrap is enough to satiate your tummy during snack time..

Dainty uttapas, not too spicy.... suits the stomach and satiating too. Thanks for sharing this uttapa version for people suffering from acidity. I enjoy them with a bowl of mildly spiced sambhar.
Garlicky Cabbage and Spinach Salad Reviewed October 30, 2015by

A zero oil salad with the goodness of fibre from veggies... the garlic and lemon dressing is a very good combo which perk up the flavours of veggies.. and walnuts give a diff crunch. this is truly a salad I can include in my meals daily especially since I am on a weight loss regime.
Pineapple Celery Juice Reviewed October 28, 2015by

A drink which is untrained and thus high on fibre count.. Pineapple definitely is dominating here, but celery also has a hand in lending its contrasting flavour.. Moreover the black salt perks up the flavour further thus making it truly pleasing to the palate.

Mini Mixed Moong Dal Chila ( Baby and Toddler) Reviewed October 27, 2015by

with use of just minimal ingredients, these chilas are too flavourful and healthy too. Do give it a try for eve snacks to get your share of protein and iron.. and do not forget to make some green chutney as an accompaniment to these chilas.
