Watermelon and Mint Drink Reviewed October 23, 2015by

It''s dominating with the flavour of watermelon but I think pineapple is needed in this drink to give that necessary body and texture. Sugar can be completely avoided, i feel. The mint hasn''t been blended, but chopped and added later... it gives very good mouthfeel and taste.

This is truly a stomach-friendly recipe....the tempering of ghee and cumin seeds lends this rice a flavourful touch. Believe me, this rice does wonders and pleases your palate when all of your other favourite foods are on a ''NO-NO'' list.
Mini Green Moong Dal Chila Reviewed October 23, 2015by

Dainty and colourful these chilas look very tempting, not only to kids but also to adults.. its a storehouse of protein due to the combo used here - mixed dals, paneer and sprouts... as a varaition you can replace paneer with cheese sometimes, especially when making for kids...

Soothing and cooling drink. I love to make this drink when raw mangoes are in season in the peak of summer... it really helps to beat sunstroke.
