Oh! Excellent... Simple, not time consuming and can be mixed in a jiffy if the meetha chutney (that too with the use of any jaggery) is ready and stored in the refrigerator and if you have any sprouts leftover. I loved it and will try this healthy chaat for some party soon..

A wealth of healthy ingredients are these parathas... fibre, iron, protein, vitmain A and C are the nutrients it provides. These parathas are so sumptuous that they need no accompaniment, but you need to enjoy them hot.

I was looking out for a healthy recipe using nachni flour and tried my hand on this one... I have to admit that my little one just grabbed pieces after pieces of these muthias.. I was happy she had a nourishing snack rich of calcium and she was glad to have a new snack in the menu.

Tempting colour and so is the long lasting flavour of this drink... Without the use of sugar and making use of only fresh fruits and curds, this recipe is on my hit list. I have tried umpteen recipes from your site and will try many more....

With attractive colour and flavour, this roti is sure to win all hearts. A bit of practice is needed to roll it, but its a wealth of nutrients like iron and fibre. While mooli which is not very commonly used in our daily cooking finds place in this recipe... Just loved it with a bowl of raita.
Carrot and Date Salad ( Home Remedies Recipe) Reviewed September 02, 2015by

A very simple salad but with a myraid of flavours... carrots add that crunch along with lettuce and dates gives the salad a good mouthfeel along with sweetness. Try for a health boost at any time you are bored of regular carrot and cucumber salads.
Nutritious Idlis Reviewed September 01, 2015by

Nice idea of replacing more easily digestible moong dal instead of heavy urad dal. Topped with sambhar and chutney, these idlis taste like regular idlis only. Good to try as a variation specially for kids. But remember to serve immediately as mentioned in the recipe.
Herb Butter Milk Reviewed September 01, 2015by

I have always had a minty chaas with chopped mint, but this version of blending the mint before mixing it with curds is more flavourul. It is very pleasing to the stomach and really will avoid sun stroke if had before leaving the house. I will always make minty buttermilk this way only.. tx for the recipe...
