Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 4 pita bread breads
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber strips
- 1/2 cup torn mix lettuce
- 2 tbsp chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 1 cup feta cheese cubes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
- 2 roasted garlic (lehsun) cloves , chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
- Grill the pita bread and cut each bread into 3 triangles. Keep aside.
- Combine the vegetables and feta cheese with parsley and mix well.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Arrange a portion of the salad on the grilled pita breads and serve immediately.
