Ingredients
For The Puff Dough
- 500 gms plain flour (maida)
- 20 gms fresh yeast or 2 teaspoons
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 25 gms ghee or
- salt to taste
For The Chole
- 300 gms kabuli chana (white chick peas)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 clove (laung / lavang)
- 2 small sticks cinnamon (dalchini)
- 4 bay leaf (tejpatta)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 onion , finely chopped
- 7 garlic (lehsun) cloves , made into a paste
- 37 ginger (adrak) , finely chopped
- 3 chopped green chillies
- 2 tomato , finely chopped
- 2 tsp pomegranate seeds (anardana) , slightly roasted and powdered
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 2 tsp chole masala
- a pinch asafoetida (hing)
- 2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste

- a little ghee for brushing or for frying

hi my thyroid level (TSH) is 0.027 ,earlier i was hypothyroid patient taking eltroxin ,can i have chia seeds or not ,,,i am consuming it from last 4 months

Yes, chia seeds can be consumed if you are suffering from hypothyroidism. However the dosage and frequency is best decided by your doctor or dietitian.

Hashimotos thyriditis and left adenoma and auto immune deases. Skin itches , no good slp, constipation, throat sore itchy throat tightness inside neck i can feel, itchy eyes. Joint pains hair loss , chest burn stamch left pain and upper stamoch pain . Plz help me out with my diet.

I am confused should I take barley or not? Coz it is mentioned in both place- to Avoid and is good also. Kindly update on the same.

Dear Richa, Barley is allowed for Hypothyroidism, however if you have gluten sensitivity then it has to be avoided as mentioned above.
