Salsa Paneer Wrap recipe - How to make Salsa Paneer Wrap

Ingredients

For The Dough
100 gms plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp butter

For The Salsa Sauce
2 tsp chopped onions
2 tsp chopped bell peppers
2 tsp chopped tomatoes
1 tsp baked beans
3 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste

For The Pizza Sauce
5 tomatoes boiled and blended
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp chopped onions
1 tsp celery (ajmoda) stem
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
8-9 drops capsico sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

For The Stuffing
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 cup capsicum juliennes
1 bowl sliced onions
2 tsp baked beans
2 tsp salsa sauce
1 tsp pizza sauce
50 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tsp boiled rajma (kidney beans)
4 to 5 drops capsico sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp white pepper powder
salt to taste
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
Method

For the dough

    For the dough
  1. Mix all ingredients and prepare soft dough. (Keep dough to rest for 30 minutes.)
  2. Now make round and medium size four chappatis from this dough and roast it lightly from both sides on tava.

For the Salsa Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl add salt to taste, coriander leaves mix it properly sauce is ready.

For the Pizza Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan add garlic and onion,celery and saute till it colour changes.
  2. Add tomato paste and all other spices except capsico sauce mix well and cook till the sauce thickens.

For the Stuffing

  1. Heat oil add garlic and onions saute for 2 minutes add capsicum, grated paneer, boiled rajma, baked beans, all the masalas and 1 tsp salsa and pizza sauce saute it for a minute.
  2. Now take all four roasted chapatis and each of them spread salsa and pizza sauce and put prepared stuffing in the middle, sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  3. Roll it up like wrap apply butter on tawa and roast it from both sides.
  4. Cut it in the middle serve hot with sauce.
