- To make {span class="bold1"}onion bread pakoda{/span}, combine all the ingredients for the bhajia mixture along with ½ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using your hands.
- Take a bread slice and cut it into 2 diagonally. Apply the bhajia mixture on each halve of the bread.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry 2 to 3 onion bread pakodas at a time.
- Deep fry them on a medium flame until golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve the {span class="bold1"}onion bread pakoda{/span} with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
