Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
- 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped thyme
Method
- Combine the lemon juice, whole grain mustard paste, sugar, vegetable oil, olive oil and salt in a mixer an blend till smooth.
- Transfer into a deep bowl, add the olives and thyme and mix well.
- Use as required.
