Simply delicious... a great variation to the family of parathas.. and an excellent way to trick your child to not just eat but actually relish the peas and mushroom... which they generally run away from... could be a great breakfast option, as an easy to eat packed lunch or even a great evening snack..

I made this paratha for lunch, as I had invited my friends over and had made my special paneer and chatpati bhindi subzi... i thought how boring would it be to serve it with phulkas so i decided to make these parathas... and guess what they loved it... these parathas complicated my meal so well... i look fwd to make them again... SOON...

a perfect recipe for a busy early morning where not just time is a constraint but also imagine all the washing that follows it... this simple recipe comprises of ingredients that are readily available at home and it is ready to eat in almost 15-20 mins... great flavor... a light yet nutritious breakfast... i had it with green chutney... loved it!!

wow!!! loved them... was so quick and easy to make... i preferred them a little crispy as i like texture to my food... and guess what enjoy it hot off the pan with a scoop of chilled vanilla ice cream... i bet you a ride to heaven... my dad loved it a little soft and mushy so i decided to stuff them with finely chopped dates... so wats ur way to heaven... crisy or mushy....?

A great combination of health and taste together... its the first time i used soya flour and am quite impressed to know how easy it is to work with... the tangy chatpata flavor of the stuffing and the healthy covering made from soya and wheat flour was an absolute delight... thank you...

A great variation to the regular veg clear soup... I loved the addition of the worcesterchire sauce... and not to forget all the vegetables which even though being a clear soup, they made it quite filling... Slurrrp...
