A very unique combination of vegetable and sprout.. but to my surprise.. it was interestingly delicious.. i loved the crunch from the matki sprouts... and the tang from the tomatoes makes this dish even more appetizing..

a very simple recipe.. and a great variety to the everyday rotis and phulkkas... I roasted extra mint leaves.. and crushed it to a fine powder... and sprinkled it over the the hot parathas with some butter and they tasted fab... just like you get in restaurants... great recipe..!!!

Light, fluffy.. slightly sweet... with a nice hit of flavours from the tempering... these steamed cakes are simply delicious.. and not to forget the healthy twist from the use of soya flour.. well you wont even feel it in the taste.. but yes on health it shall surely show... try it...

If time is a big factor to deal with, when you feel like making a dish like this... then I Vouch on this recipe as it was not just so quick to make but also I used almost 1/4 of the ghee that I would normally use.. and well even after all this... it tasted spot on.. I made it for a dinner i hosted, and it was a hit... thank you...

Full of taste and nutrition.. this rice recipe is a great idea for the kids who run away from veggies.. trust me if veggies are served this way.. they will not stop... and not just them... this mildly flavoured rice can surely be a hit amongst we adults too.

These parathas are Chatpatta and could be a great snack enjoyed with curd... or can also be served with some nice healthy subzi at lunch or supper... although it may seem difficult but... the parathas were very easy to roll... and we all relished it... Great recipe!!!

a great variation to the classic cinnamon Porridge.. loved the gooeyness from the oats and the broken wheat and the crunch from the apple add a great dimension to the texture of the dish.
