nawabi naan.. this naan is actually very nawabi.. perfectly soft with lots of crushed nuts over it.. which makes you feel royal in each bite.. the crunchy flavour of the nuts gives a nice taste to the naan.. and the butter brushed on top keeps it soft..

Sheermal.. a mughlai delicacy.. for bread lovers like me..the aroma of the saffron.. cardamom.. and mild sweetness these breads tempts you to take a second bite.. and serve this with royal paneer makhani.. woow a royal treat to the stomach.. enjoyed it and loved it with extra ghee.. over it.

Afgani paneer.. woow royal rich paneer starters.. mildly spiced.. and a white marinade.. I love the texture the marinade.. very smooth that just melts in the mouth.. and perfectly cooked on the tava.. simply simple and delicious..

Makai korma a quick and instant delicacy.. the mild and sweetness of the corn tastes really good in every bite.. hot rotis is best with this makai korma.. a little effort to grate these corn.. but worth the eeffort.. the tempering taste gives a nice flavour..

Russian salad.. i love this salad.. it has so many vegetables..in it with canned pineapple..adding a sweet and sour taste.. and the combination of cream and mayyonaise is just awesome. Every bite that you take.. its filled with creamy and crunchy salad.. i stuffed this salad in bread and had as a sandwich.. for my lunch.

Madras onion stew.. this recipe is very different.. the onions sweet taste and juicy in every bite.. it is very creamy in texture and has very mild spices.. with little more of garlicky flavour.. which makes the dish more tasty.. as there is only one ingredient.. i found it quick to make.. and best enjoyed with appam and idddiappam.

baked vegetables in spinach sauce.. this recipe is so creamy and cheesy with loads of vegetables added.. the colour of the dish tempts to try atleast a spoonfull of this. it is perfectly baked.. served it best with garlicy bread.. with some more of extra cheese.

Cake in a cooker.. and an eggless version.. super quick easy to make.. its just sift, mix, whipp and pour.. this is as tasty as a cake made in the oven.. this is very handy for those not having a oven.. follow the exact recipe.. to get the best result..

rasam.. delicious.. peppery, perfect sourness of the tomato. and the aromatic spices in it.. makes it more appetising. this rasam can be best had with vadas, idlis and even with hot rice.. I prefer having this as a soup.. on a rainy day..

Corn panki.. i have tried this recipe for the first time.. i was so happy with the result. The best part is these corn panki is light, soft.. just melts in the mouth.. the sweet taste of the corn.. gives a balanced taste to the panki.. And it has just 2 tsp oil.. which is really good for those who consume less oil..

The crunchy vadas so delicious..I have made these sooo many times..I just love how crunchy and crisp these turn out and must have it with green chutney..The green chillies add a spice to these vadas..Must try when fasting during festivals..

carrot and spinach soup.. great combination of the vegetables.. the colour of the soup is so appetising.. there is a slight sweetness to the soup because of the carrots.. which gives a balanced taste to the soup.. and creaminess of the potato gives a woow feeling on every sip.. hot soup in rainy weather with garlic bread.. enjoyed the best.

Makai ka dhokla.. I thoght it would be made with crushed sweet corn.. but this is made from makai ka atta.. which i found very different as there were sweet corn added gives a nice sweet crunch in every bite , first time i tried and i loved the texture as it is not dry but moist.. this is a must try recipe..
