Green pea and kofta great combination. The apricot, in the rice gives a nice sweet touch to the pulao, with a tangy curd sauce in between.Its a bit lengthy recipe, but its worth a try.

A very delicious rice, layered with tangy rich moong sprouts gravy. When i made this, i used little fried onions and cashewnuts on top before baking. It was just perfect..

Wow, these cutlets are just so tasty. Crunchy from outside, and melts in the mouth. The paneer, pea, and potato excellent combo. I also used these cutlets to make it into mini burger for my party. It was loved by all.

A great variation of regular ambti. Spiced up with aromatic flavors and coarsely crushed pea.I served this with steaming hot rice, it was just so awesome.. Loved it.

This recipe is so colourful, with a spicy - tangy taste. The flavors of the masala is so well infused in the gravy can be tasted in each spoonful of the curry, goes well with any paratha.

The stuffing of corn,cabbage and potato is just too good.The flavor of pudina is so refreshing. I also made only the parathas without the stuffing for breakfast. My family loved it.

This paratha is so aromatic and masaledar, a unique combination filling of poppy seeds, kalonji and dried ginger powder.I followed the exact recipe, it turned out so perfect.
