A simple variation to the theplas. Tastes good but not too masaledaar. So if you want it to be more spicy, add a little more chilli powder. Doodhi thepla and chai will complement beautifully!

Amazing recipe tastes exactly like the kebabs you get in restaurants. One can sprinkle chaat masala on top to make it more chat pata. Make sure that the mixture for the kebabs is not very loose or else the kebabs will break when frying. taste best with chutney or ketchup.
