Good way of including ridge gourd in your diet....u get all the nutrients from this vegetable and plus u don't get the taste...lovely! Superb recipe...

This paratha is like all in one paratha...ingredients and nutrient wise..no doubt it has iron..but it is also full of protein, B-complex vitamins and minerals...

Combo of Masoor Dal and spinach is my favourite....and when you don't strain it after blending..it gives you that thick soup without any cream....great for my skin!!

Poha itself is considered to be rich in Iron...and when you replace potatoes with sprouted matki..it becomes an excellent dish with iron brimming inside...loved it...damn easy and yummy...I make this recipe often for breakfast!

I made this for my niece..and she gobbled it in a minute or so....normally she would hate to have roti and subzi...but this was a great alternative as its giving the same nutrients to my niece...

I always believe that colours appeal all the kids....and if you try to add the natural colours....using beetroot or spinach..you are also giving your kids nutrition in the form of small pancakes...loved it..damn easy and tasty!!
