This is a classic cheesy garlicky thick fondue. Add white wine to enhance the taste. The thicker the fondue is, the better it tastes so heat it up real good. Serve with hard bread. Easy to make.

A great variation to Cheese Fondue. Onions. garlic. capsicums and tomatoes are sauteed and then milk and cheese is added to make a nice thick rich fondue. Jalapenos add a good spice to it. Serve with cut hard top bread pieces or pieces of French bread.
