I made this recipe looking at the reviews...yes it is quick but is it worth making??....ABSOLUTELY!!...Boring rotis/chapattis made tasty without adding much of fat to it...Just Loved It!!!

I love Bhindi, but always fear making it as bhindi cannot be made with less oil, But here you people have again solved my problem..I tried and enjoyed this recipe...i don't need oil anymore to make my favourite vegetable tasty!

It's a perfect healthy recipe....we all love Pav Bhaji...and just can't control from getting away from this delicious recipe!..Only Tarla Dalal can think of making it healthy by reducing potatoes and adding sprouts and mixed vegetables.

I am not a curd lover...but I looovvvveeeddd this recipe....doesn't give you sour taste of curds and it's taste exactly the same you get outside....without addition of calories.
