I could never imagine a salad with bananas, cucumber and peanuts but when I tried it, it was really nice...the crunchiness of cucumber and peanuts and the sweetness of bananas made this salad a super hit...

Usually corn soups are not made with ingredients like spinach and tomatoes but in this recipe they are added along with yellow moong dal making it different and yummy !!
