Manchow soup is my favourite in Chinese cuisine..once the stock is ready it was very quick...I love the fried noodles on top they give that perfect crunch to the soup...

I made this Corn sev puri yesterday for snacks and it was yummyyy...it is so unusual and much better than the regular sev puris we eat...would suggest all to give it a try !
