This is a perfect recipe to serve to kids when they are very hungry , it is very quick and easy to be made. I always make this with left over rotis and they do turn really crispy.

This Malpua recipe is quite different, They melt in the mouth and the nuts used in the garnish look appealing.I eat these immediately once they are made. One needs practice to make them perfectly.

Such a simple chutney recipe with great tase of garlic and chilli powder. I love to eat this with rotla, I often use this chutney in bhel and sev puri also.

This achaar is very different than the regular achaars. This has kabuli chana that is just soaked and then mixed with the remaining ingredients, it is time consuming to make but good in taste.
