This unsual starter recipe is so cheesy and loaded with veggies. I loved when they are baked as they give that amazing crunch.
I served this at a recent party and all the guests were like WOW

This recipe is great to serve for cocktail parties, it is a very unusual recipe and can also be stored in a jar and eaten when hungry.
The dried herbs taste great.

I love pineapple in my pizza and this is a great combo of it along with corn, capsicum, mushrooms.
Use of canned pineapple is a must and not fresh pineapple.
Definitely worth a try !!

I love this spicy recipe of just potatoes, I enjoy this with a bowl of steamed rice and dal. The tamarind pulp put in the end gives a nice tanginess to this recipe.
