Kale and Apple Salad
Reviewed October 28, 2015by Healthy Eating

Kale is extremely healthy and goes really well with apple. Kale is bitter and apple is sweet. This mixed in with healthy cabbage and a honey based dressing makes a healthy salad. Eaten this many times and totally love it.

Incredibly tasty Burmese dish and have made this lots of time. If you drop the noodles from the recipe then the curry is very healthy. This is actually a meal by itself.

Good healthy raita. Use full far curds for endurance athletes as you need the fat.

The best source of iron and helps increase red blood cells which is critical to stay healthy and full of energy. Great for women and also for athletes as higher RBC help in endurance events.

Coconut Pachadi

Healthy. The grated coconut gives a fabulous mouth feel to this awesome coconut curd raita. Recipe has all the healthy fats which an athlete would require and even those on weight loss programs. Going to try and include this daily in my diet and much better than cucumber raita.
